Egg Muffin's




Got this idea off of Pinterest.  Man I love pinterst.  Anyways,  I was really excited about these because I thought they would be great for week day breakfasts.  I can freeze them grab them and they can thaw out on my way to work.  They are pretty good but they need more cheese.  Unfortunately more cheese = more weight watcher points.  These are obviously pretty versatile but here is how I made them.  both types are 2 WW+ points.

Half of the tins had 1 tbsp diced broccoli & 1 tsp cheddar
the other half had 1/4 piece of American cheese,
 2 slices turkey pepperoni & baby spinach

1 Egg per muffin


Bake at 375 for 30 minutes until lightly browned


WW Points + - 2 per muffin

  1. Maybe if you season them a bit more before baking then you wont need to use more cheese?
